Description
Two CoachNetwork members, Joseph D'Souza and Anthony Turner, join forces with Martin Bailey to deliver a program for Small Businesses. These three facilitators have over 90 years accumulated knowledge and expertise gained in the corporate and small business world.
As part of Energise Enterprise - Victoria’s Small Business Festival during August 2010 this program starts with a two-hour free introductory presentation on 4 August 2010 followed by 6 evening workshop sessions (August 11, 18, 25 & September 1, 8, 22) where participants will be shown how to get their business working for them by:
- Understanding key factors that influence success
- Developing proven strategies to take their businesses forward
- Creating strategies to find and keep profitable clients.
